Refunds

There are no refunds or returns on any of the products.

However, if there is an issue regarding duplicate placed orders, damaged, missing or wrong items received, please reach out immediately at: orders@author-nina.com so that it can be evaluated and corrected. 

Shipping

Items available on www.author-nina.com are pre-orders unless stated otherwise.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Rates are calculated through their calculators. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing. Once processed your order will be shipped. 

Orders that require any address changes after being submitted are subject to a fee starting 10/01/2024. Link here: shipping changes

The responsibility of any misplaced, lost, or stolen items are of the shipping carrier. Unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done once an order is processed and no longer in the company's possession. If there are any issues during or after transit, please contact the carrier. 

***Also be mindful when selecting a shipping method as some do not carry insurance (ie. Media Mail)***
